Funding

Faculty members in India will receive a Fellowship to participate and will be provided funding to cover travel expenses to the IARCI annual conference and an international conference (e.g., ICIS,
HICSS, PACIS). The Fellowship and travel expenses will be approximately $6,000 for each faculty member. Faculty members will receive a small secondary award if the research is published in a journal in the FT50 or AIS Senior Scholars’ List of Premier Journals ($2500).

Faculty members from outside India will receive a Fellowship to participate and will be provided funding to cover travel expenses to the IARCI annual conference and an international conference (e.g., ICIS, PACIS). The Fellowship and travel expenses will be approximately $10,000 for each project.

Administrators will receive a Fellowship to participate and will be provided funding to cover travel expenses for the IARCI annual conference and an international conference (e.g., ICIS, PACIS). The Fellowship and travel expenses will be approximately $15,000 per year. Administrators may also
receive additional nominal funding of $1,000-3,000 to support specific research projects.

The program will have one or two coordinators (e.g., PhD students) who are responsible for organizing the annual conference and other administrative functions. The total amount will be
$24,000 per year.

The program will provide funding for one annual conference each year to be held in person in India.

The cost will be approximately $10,000-$15,000.

The above numbers are based on the assumption that the center will have five premium members. If there are less members, the numbers will be appropriately scaled down.
