Program Administrators

The program will be led by three program administrators. In the event that any administrator withdraws from the program, his/her replacement shall be selected by the remaining administrators.

The administrators shall have signing authority and fiduciary responsibility for the program.

Advisory Board

The program shall have an Advisory Board of five members. This includes the three Administrators, plus N.R. Narayana Murthy, CBE (founder of Infosys), the Chief Technology Officer of Tata Consultancy Services (founding member of IARCI), and Sujeet Sharma (AIS India Chapter Executive Committee member). In the event, that any Board member withdraws from the program, his/her replacement shall be selected by the remaining Board members. Board members shall provide overall program guidance and oversight and set operating policies. It shall meet at least once per year. Board members who are unable to attend a meeting may send a delegate.

Executive Council

The program shall have an Executive Council that is comprised of the three administrators, Sujeet Sharma, representatives of three to five universities, a representative from TCS (the founding member of IARCI), and one representative from each Premier member company. In the event, that any Council member withdraws from the program, his/her replacement shall be selected by the remaining Council members or by the company in the case of a company representative. The Council shall meet at least two times per year. Council members who are unable to attend a meeting may send a delegate. The role of the Council is to select the research projects to be undertaken each year, and to set other policy matters as delegated by the Advisory Board.
